Not to be confused with the brand Poolguard™, The Pool Protector Alarm system is an electronic monitor that automatically activates an alarm when children or pets fall into your unsupervised pool. Entry into the pool is detected by an electronic sensor. When an entry is detected, The Pool Protector Alarm triggers a loud pulsating alarm at both the poolside unit and inside your house through the use of a remote receiver. It's completely portable, self-contained and light weight.

For your protection, after installation, the POOL PROTECTOR can't be de-activated. It is always in the alarm ready mode unless you put it in Sleep Mode.
As further protection, any attempts to remove the alarm, without it being in sleep mode, will cause the alarm to sound.
The remote receiver, that comes with your Pool Protector Alarm system, can be mounted in your home up to 200 feet from the main unit. It comes with a 12 volt power supply.
The POOL PROTECTOR ALARM poolside unit uses one a 9-volt battery (not included) and should last approximately one year.
The POOL PROTECTOR ALARM comes equipped with an audible low battery indicator which sounds at both the poolside unit and the remote receiver located in your home.
